Complete UCSD OAP online application

If you intend to get transfer credit or use UC San Diego financial aid while abroad, you will need to complete the OAP online application through TritonsAbroad. You must meet with a Study Abroad advisor prior to starting the OAP online application.

  • Sign into TritonsAbroad using your UCSD Personal ID number (PID) and Personal Access Code (PAC).
  • Complete your profile.
  • Search for your program. If your program is not listed in TritonsAbroad, contact your advisor who can add it for you.

Apply directly to the program sponsor

Your application may ask for signatures from your Study Abroad advisor. If so, ask us in the appointment. You can usually pick up the signed form in 24 hours.

Some OAP providers may require students to obtain a judicial clearance or conduct check as a pre-requisite for admission to a study abroad program. Students should consult their Dean of Students or Resident Dean for this verification.
