7:00am-9:00am: Boxes that have been shipped and have arrived by October 7, 2016 will be taken to fair tables
8:00am-9:30am: Parking in lot P704, check-in and shuttling to Price Center (Parking may be limited, so we suggest arriving on the earlier side to ensure you get a parking space in this lot. OR Take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi directly to the Exhibitor Breakfast that starts at 9:00am.
9:00am-10:30am: Check-in at Study Abroad Office Program Space (if you did not check-in at parking lot P704)
9:00am-10:00am: Exhibitor Breakfast in our Study Abroad Office Program Space (OUR OFFICE IS AT A NEW LOCATION: Building: University Center 409 - Dance Hall, on Russell Lane just north of the intersection with Rupertus Way)
10:00am-10:30am: Welcome and orientation in Study Abroad Office Program Space
10:30am-11:00am: Our staff will direct you to the Price Center West Ballroom (2nd level) for fair/table preparation
11:00am-3:00pm: Fair open to the public
12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch delivery to tables
3:00pm Closing of fair
Boxes must have arrived by October 7, 2016 in order for us to guarantee they will be at the fair. If you are sending boxes late, on each box, please clearly mark your packages "HOLD FOR STUDY ABROAD EXPO", print your organization name clearly on each box, and label each box (1 of 5, for example) and send them to:

We will deliver all boxes received by October 7, 2016 to your assigned table on the morning of the fair but can not guarantee any boxes arriving after that date. We request that you send no more than 5 boxes as our storage space is limited, and unless discussed beforehand, we cannot keep extra materials after the fair day. This year we will be continuing our special focus on academic discipline-based advising. If you have any materials that show which subject areas are available at your overseas sites, please be sure to bring them.
You are responsible for sending your boxes in a trackable manner so that you know that all of your boxes have arrived.
You can reach San Diego by car, by train, or by air. If you drive, we recommend coming south the evening before and spending the night in San Diego. Be sure to identify yourself as a UC San Diego visitor when making hotel reservations to qualify for the special rates (subject to change) on the list.
If you are driving yourself, we encourage you to arrive at UCSD between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. to allow yourself ample time for unloading matierals, parking, check-in, and set-up of your table. One parking permit is included in your fee. Program partners who are familiar with UC San Diego's campus and prefer to park elsewhere at their own expense will be able to check in at the Price Center West Ballroom. Please note, however, that parking is VERY limited now because of campus construction and we HIGHLY recommend arriving to campus closer to the 8:00am.

Take an Uber, Lyft, or call a taxi (book one here: http://www.lajollaexpressride.com/ ). Your destination for your driver should be the intersection of Rupertus Way and Russell Lane, La Jolla, 92093. There you will find the Exhibitor Breakfast and alternate check-in within University Center 409 - Dance Hall on Russell Lane. **Please note: the Genesee exit into campus can get very backed up in the mornings with traffic. If you would like to avoid traffic, you can enter campus off I-5 (either north or south) via either the Gilman Drive or La Jolla Village Drive exits.
