Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC)

Study Abroad Program Overview

The Universidad Autónomade Baja California (UABC) offers courses in many disciplines. Baja, the earth's second-longest peninsula at 775 miles, offers everything from vast and remote deserts, dormant volcanoes and wonderful old mission towns. The first political capital of ''old California'' is found here and students can be immersed in a mix of cultures with a wonderful combination of Latino, Hispanic, pre-Hispanic and some Anglo influences. It varies greatly even from the Mexican ''mainland'' with its own lifestyle and identity within Mexico.
