Questions while you're abroad?

  • UCEAP Students, do you have questions about:
    • Course credit
    • Enrollment status while abroad
    • Payment of fees
    • Financial aid
    • Registering for quarter returning
    • On and Off Campus Housing upon your return; contact your College's Residential Life office

  • Global Seminar Students
    • Your first point of contact for housing or health-related issues while you are abroad should be our partner's on-site staff.
    • Contact globalseminar@ucsd.edu if you have any remaining questions about your bill or any other personal emergencies while abroad.
    • Post lots of photos in the Facebook group for your program so that we can see how the program is going!
    • In the last week of the program you will receive a personalized link to a program evaluation form by e-mail. Your honest feedback helps us improve the program for the following year.
    • Don't forget to fill out your CAPE evaluation for the two Global Seminar courses as well.
  • OAP Students, do you have questions about:
    • Enrollment status while abroad, and readmission
    • Financial aid while abroad
    • Health insurance
    • Registering for quarter returning
    • Academic credit
    • On and Off Campus Housing upon your return; contact your College's Residential Life office
