Living Arrangements
Housing
- Twin or triple bedded rooms within an apartment. Apartments are fully furnished along with bathrooms and kitchens.
- Housing arrangements are subject to change based on local circumstances without prior notice. No price adjustments are possible.

Classroom and Computer Access
- Classroom Facility and Study Center are centrally located on Vodickova Street in Prague.
- The Study Center includes local information resources, free Wifi, printing and scanning services and computers with Microsoft Office.
- Wireless access may be intermittent due to local conditions. No refunds or price adjustments are possible.
Transportation
- Airport pick up and drop off
- A travel pass for unlimited use on the buses, metro and trams within the central zone of Prague.
Phones
- Students are strongly recommended to have a working cell phone for emergency contact purposes while abroad.
- Cell phone is not included in the program fee.
Insurance, Health, and Safety
- The provider we coordinate with requires all participants to provide proof of vaccination prior to departure.
- A comprehensive insuance package with CISI is included.
- All students must register for UC travel insurance. This is free coverage, but registration is required prior to departure.
- An in-depth orientation will be given on the morning after arrival, including health and safety procedures.
- Program partner staff will be available by telephone after hours.
