Living Arrangements
Housing
- Double room in a shared apartment of three to six students. If physical distancing is still necessary, the program will switch to single rooms.
- Kitchen and internet access included
- No air conditioning, but fans will be available
Included Meals
- Welcome dinner
- Group lunch on Mauthausen and Melk day trip
- Breakfast included while in Prague

Classroom and Computer Access
- Classroom in downtown Vienna close to museums, theaters, and cultural attractions
- Access to small library and computer lab at partner's study center from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday
- Wireless internet available for students who bring own laptop
Transportation
- Transportation by group shuttle to and from Vienna International Airport for students who arrive within the specified arrival timeframe
- Transportation pass provided for the duration of the program
- Round trip bus transportation for Mauthausen and Melk day trip
- Round trip train transportation for Prague excursion
Phones
- More information about how to obtain a SIM card will be provided at the pre-departure orientation.
- Students will be responsible for purchasing their own calling time/minutes.
Insurance, Health, and Safety
- Comprehensive insurance package with CISI
- An in-depth orientation will be given after arrival, including health and safety procedures.
- Program partner staff will be available by telephone after hours.
- All students must register for UC travel insurance. This is free coverage, but registration is required prior to departure.
