Who is Eligible for Global Seminars?
Global Seminars are for UC San Diego students, as well as visiting students.
- UC San Diego students in good academic and disciplinary standing
- Recent UC San Diego graduates (no financial aid available)
- Undergraduates from other colleges or universities in the United States in good academic and disciplinary standing
Other eligibility requirements
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- All applicants must be at least 18 years old by beginning of the program.
- International students must have a valid US visa that expires after the end of the program abroad. You should read more about special considerations for international students and visit the International Students and Programs Office in person before you leave the United States.
- If you have a question about going abroad with a disability, please contact globalseminar@ucsd.edu.
- You must apply before the program is full. For most programs the minimum enrollment is 15 and the maximum is 28.
